Bowdon House Group
We are a group of approximately 9 people who meet, usually on the third Thursday of each month, at a member's home.
Each year we plan a varied programme of talks, discussions, Bible study (sometimes based on one of the York courses), musical evenings and occasional visits to places, plays etc., which are relevant to our Christian faith. Over the last few months, different members of the group have led our thoughts and discussions using Stephen Cottrell's book 'The Things He Did', which we found both stimulating and helpful.
We try to support each other and those with whom we have contact through our daily life, with our prayers, friendship and practical help.
